Gran Turismo 7 continues to expand its car list with the release of its update this week. The latest update on March 30, 2023 adds five new cars to the game, bringing the total number of available vehicles to 174.

The five new car models are as follows:

• the Alphard Elegance ’18
• the 904 GTS ’64
• the 959 ’87
• the RS5 Turbo DTM ’19
• the Mazda3 ’19

The update also removed the first public test of GT Sophy, the artificial racing intelligence from Sony AI and Polyphony Digital. It’s unlikely that this will be the last time we see Sophy and other AI systems, but in the meantime, players can enjoy these exciting new additions.

One of the most interesting cars in the new update is the Porsche 959. It was produced in the 1980s and is considered one of the most advanced cars of its time. It was designed for racing and features all-wheel drive, a 2.8-liter turbocharged engine and many other innovative features for its time.

Another exciting car is the Porsche 904 aka Porsche Carrera GTS. It was created in the 1960s and is also considered an iconic race car. It was designed with a mid-engine for better handling and became a favorite of racing drivers of the time.

The Gran Turismo 7 update is also fully compatible with PSVR2. This compatibility provides a more immersive racing experience for players who want to experience the action as if they were actually in the car.
