For us, one of the biggest advantages of the Logitech G920 is its three-pedal pedal board, which really stands out .

It is quite heavy, which allows it to offer great stability during play. It is also very nice to be able to adjust the distance between the pedals. It is really comfortable and allows you to play for long hours without feeling any discomfort.

Unlike many other steering wheels on the market, the Logitech G920 has the advantage of being compatible with the Xbox One, Series X|S and also with the PC. Its installation and configuration is simple, since it is automatically recognized on the Xbox, and as for the PC, the wheel includes a software that is very reliable and intuitive, for optimal and simple settings.

Its disadvantages

The first thing that disappointed us about the Logitech G920 is the fact that its force feedback is both abrupt and unbalanced. While its dual-motor system offers a powerful feel, it also clearly lacks smoothness, resulting in dry, noisy movements. We also noticed a problem with the presence of a dead zone that can make the feeling during the race quite contradictory.

We also discovered that the leather stitching on the wheel wheel of the Logitech G920 were rather rough. Moreover, we felt some roughness under the thumbs, which can be quite unpleasant during the race. We recommend the use of gloves if, like us, this sensation bothers you when playing.

Another point of the Logitech G920 steering wheel that we didn’t like is the paddles which are obligatorily mobile. Indeed, there is no mechanism to make them fixed, which we find a bit unfortunate. Some players, like us, still prefer to have a choice and others prefer to keep them in the same position, which is impossible with this model.

Finally, we find that Logitech’s G920 steering wheel has a rather high price for a model that was released in 2015 and does not offer either a gearshift (sold as an option at €59.99) or the possibility to change the wheel. However, we are disappointed that Logitech did not choose to improve the technology of its steering wheels. The G920’s force feedback is seriously lacking in smoothness and fluidity.
