The date has just come down: from March 26, 2025, get ready to drift on Japanese roads with Japanese Drift Master ! This nugget for sim gamers offers a delicious blend of arcade and simulation. Available on Steam, GOG and the Epic Games Store, JDM promises many hours of gameplay this spring.
Explore the soul of Japan
Japanese Drift Master immerses you in a fictional environment, but one firmly rooted in the Japanese soul. The graphic quality of the game allows you to drive through large modern cities with futuristic towers, but also to penetrate much more traditional neighborhoods with their narrow roads and subdued atmosphere. You’ll also have the chance to explore the Japanese countryside, as well as mountain passes perfect for spectacular drifts. All in all, JDM offers 250 kilometers of roads to cover in an impressive variety of environments.
As far as the weather is concerned, you’ll have the chance to run in all weathers: sunshine, heavy rain or heavy thunderstorms with spectacular lightning.
Scripted races
The strength and originality of JDM lies in its completely scripted racing. You’ll be immersed in Japanese street car racing as you follow the journey of a Pole named Touma. This street racer is determined to establish himself as Japan’s top drifter. His story will gradually unfold as you complete races and events. You can also get to know his various friends.
The story is narrated and illustrated in manga style, adding an artistic and emotional touch to the gaming experience.
A choice of licensed cars
To cover JDM‘s 250 kilometers of road, you’ll be able to choose your car model from among Mazda, Nissan and Subaru licenses. You can customize your car at Touma’s friend’s garage. You can also improve your car’s performance. Body, paint and decal kits are available to fine-tune the style of your race car. On the performance side, you can adjust the vehicle’s mechanical settings.
Japanese Drift Master will appeal to casual gamers and enthusiasts alike, with its engaging story, Japanese car-culture graphics and open mode.
